We prohibit the use of phones or other communication devices and ask that all clients put their phones on silent if they are using them as an entertainment device during treatments. Just as even the best-fitting clothes are often the ones that are tailored to the body shape of the wearer, the best haircuts are ones that are tailored to the individual.
The only patented cutting system in the U.S., Head Shape Matters™ is a technique for hair cutting that uses relative geometry and the head shape of the individual to personalize each haircut. What this ensures is that each haircut you get at Craig Berns thereafter will be customized, balanced and flattering, with no heavy spots or areas that fall unevenly.
Head Shape Analysis
If you’re dealing with extra challenges, such as a perpetually uneven line or a chronic flat spot, we offer another more in-depth option, Head Shape Analysis. This is the way to figure out the cause and fix it…for good.
The whole process takes about 30 minutes. Your stylist uses a mathematically-based approach that measures the head under the hair, looking for angles and variances that cause your hair to do things you don’t like. After your head shape is analyzed, your stylist goes back and uses the results to formulate ideas about how best to cut the hair to your shape.
After the initial 30-minute appointment, we will save your analysis and haircut formulation and can share the results with any stylist who is certified by Head Shape Matters™, so they can duplicate the results. That way, even if you move out of state, you can still get your perfect haircut.
